Step 1 is to take a look at your business, see where you are at now, discuss the goals you have for your business, the find the best way to help you reach those goals. Do you need more customers? What are you doing to promote your business? Do you need to do more advertising? Are you involved in the community? What happens when customers come into your business? How many look and leave? How many do business with you? How many repeat customers do you have? Or do you even know?
